Selling my copper scaled Kwaiback uhep today. No trades!
This one has been used but I sent it to Jake Hoback for a spa treatment/sharpening and picked up his custom pivot, backspacer, clip, screw kit, etc at the same time and installed the copper scale.
I polished the scale flats and allowed for a new beautiful natural patina that picks up all sorts of great colors. Some photos show the knife right after I got it back with no patina and I also have a photo showing the new patina. Looks much better in "person" than the photos reflect.
For full disclosure there are some minor scratches on the CPM-20CV blade that can be picked up in the right angle/light and this one has been carried and used before the spa treatment but with all new hardware it looks fantastic. I carried it just long enough after the treatment to develop the patina.
Jakes re-sharpening from the spa treatment looks to be around 18dps and on close inspection is not exactly perfect, but you really need to be a perfectionist like myself to even notice...again, full disclosure, I want a happy buyer!...and Jake obviously approved of the sharpening.
Operation, centering, lockup, cleanliness(smoke and pet free), etc is perfect and this one needs nothing other than to be put in your pocket after receiving.
It comes with all of the original hardware in the photos.
There has been a lot invested in this one and as shown if you wanted it set up this way would set you back about eleven hundred.
