I purchased this new about 8 months ago directly from Iriver. It is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear or scratches on the screen. Comes with box, software, cables, 2 cases, headphones, and manual.
Here is a link to Iriver's website with all of the info on it. I upgraded the firmware to the latest version. I also have over 1000 songs on it. I could reformat it or leave them on...it's up to you. Comes with box and all paperwork and accessories.
