Another one from the collection. This one was a light user and has some very minor wear. Some small flecks of ano missing but overall is in 95% condition. This host body is another convoy, a "C8". This light is very much a "thrower" and is designed for long distances.
•The driver is a custom qlite driver, it runs ONLY on a single 18650, 2xCR123 WILL NOT WORK, using them will damage the light.
•Single mode, it runs at 3.1A and throws 1125Lm. It has no other reduced power or flashing modes however it had a 60 sec turbo timer. After one minute the light will reduce power to 60% to save power and reduce heat build up. Turbo can be instantly re accessed by turning the light off and back on.
•XM-L2 U2 1D emitter direct copper mounted. Cool white ~6000k (at the low end of cool white, a very pleasing color temp).
•tail cap mounted forward click, can be used momentary for signaling.
•Double O-rings at each end
•Tail switch, spring and positive terminal spring have been beefed up with copper parts to not heat up in use.
•GITD switch boot and front lens o-ring (charges while in use and glows from reflector).
•double sprung- spring contacts at each end of battery for better shock resistance.
•42mm Anti-reflective glass lens and orange peel reflector.
•Reverse polarity, the circuitry won't be damaged from inserting the cell wrong way.
•low & dead battery protection:
When the battery falls below 3v the light will start a gradual step down to extend run time
When the battery reaches 2.7v the light will flash 10 times and shut down.
•runtime on a 3400mAh will be 1.2h if restarted every time the turbo timer kicks in, otherwise if allowed to stay in its step-down mode the light could last 2+ hours of not constantly kicked back up.
I'm asking $42 for this one.

I recently got this light built but have found I just don't like it as well as the one I got it to replace so it hasn't been carried.
I'm looking to recoup my costs, $48 shipped. For an extra $5 I will include one SANYO 2200mAh 18650 laptop pull cell so the light works out of box.
The light is a fully custom build.
-The host body is a Convoy S6 but the internals are fully custom
-The driver is 3Amps on high and can be configured to be either 3 or 4 modes, with or without memory and to start in low or high*
-60Sec turbo timer, after 60 sec on high it will step down to 80% output to reduce heat build up and extent run times.
-The emitter is a copper mounted XM-L2 T4 6B1 high CRI ~3750-4000k (its neutral white however its on the warmer end of neutral). See wall beam shot vs my warm white HCRI XM-L2 Quark below. The light is very similar to a standard surefire P60 incandescent bulb and renders colors near natural sunlight.
-Tail mounted rear clicky, GITD boot, flat tail cap so it will tail stand
-Double o-rings at each end of battery tube
-Anti-reflective coated lens, orange peel reflector.
-low battery warning and shut-down:
When the battery falls below 3v the light will start a gradual step down to extend run time
When the battery reaches 2.7v the light will flash 10 times and shut down to protect the battery
The anodizing and lens are 100% perfect, this light is brand new however it (like a lot of custom built lights) didn't include a box so I can't claim "NIB". Also includes unused lanyard.
On a 3400mAh Panasonic NCR18650B it will run 1.25 hours on high. Light DOES NOT run on 2xCR123's and will be damaged! Reverse polarity protection incase you install the cell upside down the circuit won't be harmed. The battery has a spring on each end for better shock resistance.
*you can choose what configuration you want the driver in and I will set it before shipping
The choices are:
•3-mode or 4-mode, you can have a moonlight mode (8Lm) or just a regular low (~30Lm).
•ascending or descending mode order- start at high going down or at low going up.
•memory or no memory-turn on at the start or turn on at the mode it was last used in.
Small Sebenza for size comparison

Double O-rings

Tail stands 100% stable

Left warm white quark, right this light, both on highest mode.

Perfectly centered emitter
