So, it seems like every time I get a Hoback something less than stellar happens in my life and I end up selling it to cover bills. This time it's more vet bills. I'm bummed that I never get to keep one of his knives but I guess I'm also thankful that because of his amazing work and reputation his knives are in demand and I am able to generate some money to help my animals. Three Sisters Forge Gorgon. This is Jim's new folder offering. Big serious knife. 4" S35VN blade at RC 59-61, Textured presentation Ti scale, Stainless hardened fixtures. Brand new knife - First Edition. Deploys very quickly. Comes with a spare custom pocket clip Jim had made for them and a couple extra washers and screws. Full Disclosure: The detent is a bit weak on this one - it's not going to open in your pocket but you can definitely shake it open. You can sometimes muscle a tiny bit of side to side on the blade as well. I think when the lock breaks in a bit this will hopefully disappear. Also, the blade spine has a hand finished rough look to it - I'm guessing Jim did this on purpose but I'm being open about everything (you can see it in the pics).- GONE (Includes fees and shipping).
