This is a hard knife to find - a MINT Cabin Boy. Its hand forged by the legendary Jimmy Fikes. It has a single ground spearpoint blade of 3 1/2" that has a slight convex grind to it. This knife is extremely sharp as a result - it will not just shave hair off your arm, it will cut the hair without touching your skin! It is also extremely tough - no knife leaves his shop without being tested for both sharpness and strength. It is not a razor, but a working knife! The full tang handle is left forge finished with a resin soaked cord wrap on it. It has Jimmy's chrysanthemum mark in the butt. OAL is 7 1/8", making it easy to carry. It has a kydex slip sheath that was not made by Jimmy. I have not seen one of these for sale in 10 years.
