This is not a hard knife to find - it is literally unobtainium. It is hand forged by the legendary Jimmy Fikes, personally. It is not "from his shop"...
It has a single ground spearpoint blade of 6 1/4" that has a slight convex grind to it. Its roughly 1/4" at the spine. This knife is extremely sharp as a result - it will not just shave hair off your arm, it will cut the hair without touching your skin! It is also extremely tough - no knife leaves his shop without being tested for both sharpness and strength. It will cut a 2x4, and still shave your arm. It is not a razor, but a working knife! The full tang handle is left forge finished with a resin soaked cord wrap on it. It has Jimmy's chrysanthemum mark in the butt. OAL is 12 1/8",with perfect balance. This knife has never been used or carried. It has no sheath, but does come with a genuine shop towel from Jimmy! I have not seen one of these for sale before.
I am looking to sell it and have priced it at below the current market at $traded shipped overnight.
Compare that to some of the knives selling at or above that price; are they really in this league?
