Edit: The Diomedes sheath has been Sold. The Joufuu custom leather sheath is still available.
Bought both of these pocket sheaths brand new earlier this year. They are in perfect working condition and still look new. I used the JouFuu sheath for a Fiddleback Handyman and the Diomedes for a Fiddleback Esquire. Of course these sheaths will fit other blades/models, but I just used them for my Fiddlebacks.
