are you sure the top knife has carbon fiber scales it looks more like the black and green G10 than carbon fiber to me?

Flat Weave Carbon Fiber. Check it out at True North Knives in the New Items. The pictures are better. It's quite different looking than G10 and also quite unusual

Under very bright light (in this case the fill flash) and at a certain angle there appear to be some lines that follow the length of the blade. They must be polishing marks because they are very regular and repeated across the width of the blade.
It's not a scratch as I emphasize that these knives are completely unused. I just added 2.5 minutes to the time out of the case looking at the blade with my 80 lumens flashlight.;)

Inferno SOLD - Spearpoint reduced to $515 shipped for quick sale.

Here's another photo of the spearpoint to show how that what was asked to be scratches does not appear except at a certain angle in bright light and is likely a polishing mark from the manufacturer not a defect.

if this is the same knife:

the bolsters are carbon fiber, but the scales are listed as blk g10. the op has it listed correctly in the first post.

Actually, sorry I didn't get to re-editing the ad that both are gone now.

To the latest querries, I had the order of the knives reversed but the Inferno sold first so I put the spearpoint on top. That first comment about the carbon fiber scales was directed to the Inferno which originally was the "first" knife.
