I picked up this Kizer because the specs were awesome for the price- s35vn steel, ceramic detent, 3D milled scales with nested liners.
The pocket clip squeezed right on to a peak in the texture, so I milled that area flat. The knife was very smooth and felt like it would make a great flipper, similar to the Kwaiken flipper mod. It turned out very clean and the flipping action is perfect- snappy and smooth.
I then bead blasted the scales to a matte aluminum finish, and did a hand rub satin on the flats of the blade.
Here is the finished product, in box with papers for $66 shipped
