I couldn't PM you so I'll ask you these questions on here. Is this the stainless steel or black version? Also, is this the "Utility" version? Lastly, are the blades still factory sharp? Let me know thanks.

Hey Lou,

Sorry the glare makes it unclear. This is the black version. I don't know what the utility version is, but this is not the EOD version, it has regular pliers. And it's unused. So all blades are factory sharp. The thing is beautiful!
