I bought these boots to replace our issued Ranger rubber firefighter boot when we were allowed to buy our own leathers. We recently got a grant for new gear and new boots were included (Globe firefighting gear from head to toe). I was going to use these as backups but we were issued 2 pair of boots. I bought these in December of 2013 and wore them very little. They are in excellent condition with very little wear on the soles. The leather is in excellent condition as well. I cleaned and polished them after any incident. They saw maybe 4 structure fires. No rips, wear, or tears on the inside or out. Size is 10 Medium.
