FS: LNIB w/certificate TOPS Hornero

I have a TOPS Hornero that I never used for sale. I bought it thinking I would carry it as a small EDC but never did because the sheath was RH only. I modified the sheath to be worn IWB using a Quick Clip. THe sheath shows some wear marks from where I removed the old belt loop plate. Other than that the knife is unused and unsharpened. I carried it maybe twice.
