In summary it is a heavy duty mil-spec pack with a great harness from Lowe Alpine, a company respected for making technical climbing and mountaineering packs. This pack is issued by the Dutch army.
The one for sale is BRAND NEW in plastic bag with original tags. The one in the photo is my personal one which I've started using. And I love it!
