Up for sale is a custom chef's knife from Andrew Woodhead over in England. It's has slightly over a 9" blade and a 5" handle. It has a black C-Tek handle with a white band of Corian 3/4 of the way up the handle. I had it made last year and have used is sparingly. It was recently sharpened by Phoenix Knife House.

Reason for Sale: I have a new custom project that is coming up and need to fund it.

Asking: $500 shipped USPS anywhere in CONUS

Spyderco

The mule team 26 is the A11 Micro-Melt steel. Great blade, comes with Micarta handles installed. Has developed an interesting patina after kitchen use. I no longer need this one and want to thin the heard.

Asking: $75 shipped USPS anywhere in CONUS

If you have any questions or want different pictures let me know.

Thanks for looking!

Is the M4 chef knife still available? If so, what is the Rockwell hardness and blade thickness?

Yes sir it is. The Rockwell is 64 hrc and the blade thickness is 0.08" at its thickest point.
Thank you for your reply. I am looking at this and a couple of other kitchen knives. I will get back to you if I decide on this one. Do not feel any obligation to hold it for me if you get another offer.
