Hi all.
I accept paypal and USPS MO. CONUS only. Prices include shipping and insurance. I am not interested in trades right now.
1) Matt Tackett Bushcrafter in Cocobolo. $135 - SOLD!. Sigh. I really like this knife. but, i also need some funds for a couple purchases. the grind is top-notch. full height convex. Includes a nice leather sheath from maker.
I don't have specific specs from Matt, since this was a replacement knife....i.e. not the one i ordered. But, with that said, i will just give you measurements.
I think he just is using 1095. it is 1/8" stock and he tapers it (well) to the tip.
Handle is just about 4 3/4" and the blade comes in right at 4 1/2". The blade height is between 1 1/8-1/4".
2) JK Knives LRK+ with custom burlap handle: $100.
3/32" O1 steel. OAL is 7" with a blade length of 3".
About this knife: I made the burlap "mycarta" and i handled this knife. it has thin G10 liners and a CF pin and a SS tube. the sheath is also homemade.
it is not perfect, but it is super-comfy. I like this knife, but it just is not getting used.
oh, as an fyi...the knife-to-sheath fit is a bit loose, so you would not want this to be an upside down neck knife carry...not with this sheath anyway.
