Used, but works great, and comes with tons of extras - Dock/Sync/Charging Station (50$ extra), Extra extended life battery (40$ extra), 2gb SD Mini card (in Phone), and comes with 2 chargers and some screen protectors.
There's a little bit of minor scuffing on the screen, but it's not even noticable when turned on. You can get the screen repair wipes for like 3$ and it will make it just like new or you can use ceramic top oven cleaner and it works as well. There's a few other scuffs on it, but overall, it's in really good shape.
I don't have all the manuals etc.., but you can download all that pretty easily.

The phone by itself used to cost over 400$, but I think they go for a couple of hundred to 175$ on Ebay now (unlocked). I'll sell it for 200$ delivered with all the extras....
