For consideration is a brand new, mint condish Fighter Flipper. Just about the most solid full size large knife you'll find. Lockup isn't just bank vault but centuries old german-style designed, now in the middle of a zombie-apocalypse secure type. Only thing is doesn't take a full team to unlock as the action is so smooth. When it locks up, the sound is unlike any other knife I've encountered thus far. A thwaaaack resonates from here to kingdom come and makes you wonder if you just been transported to a church top bell tower and had someone ring that sucker. Boy is it satisfying. Satin polished S35VN blade, pressed-fit ball bearing 3-d sculpted pocked clip, and an end cap that could crush a skull (or hammer a nail). Another great thing of this knife is unlike other "hard use" knives like the xm-18, the flipper tab protrudes very little when closed letting the knife ride slim despite its heft. Thus no "pocket pecker" here all the while still having the flipper tab as a guard should an untimely, highly unlikely lock fail, your fingers won't get sliced to pieces. Who knows, maybe one day we'll see a Sebenza flipper. Lastly, Medford improves upon invention with the super slim lock bar cutout - less gap means less opportunities for mud and dirt to accumulate when out in the field.
