For sale is this lightly used Cold Steel Hold Out 2. I really like this knife, but am selling it because I just made a purchase. The only things that make this knife not 'like new' are a small scratch on the blade (pictured), a couple tiny scratches on the clip (pictured), and the fact that it is not painful to open and close because I have broken it in some (which is a positive really). In addition to these I have modded it to allow for easier access to the thumb stud. I used a dremel to make a semi circle indent in the handle, which directs the thumb to the stud and allows for more purchase. It is nice and smooth and works great. The blade is centered and locks up as solid as can be. A 4" Aus8 (Cold Steel has the heat treat on this steel down pat) blade with a wonderful continuous belly and nice and slicy full flat grind, thick g10 linerless handles that make it super light, and the incomparable triad lock make for a really great knife. No box.
