This knife is NIB, I bought it about a week ago as a gift for my son but he talked me out of another knife instead. This Dendra Defender hasn't been carried (since it was meant as a gift) and I could still return the knife but the online knife store is rather new to me and was so professional to deal with that I'd rather lose a few bucks than return the knife for a full refund. This is a stout framelock that feels very comfortable in hand and has large thumb studs that are easy to use with either hand.
There's a pivot tool that comes with the knife and they have it taped to the inside of the box.
