New, unused in original packaging. Hasn't been carried or cut anything. Only opened, inspected, and played with a few times. Comes with its box, warranty card, sticker, baggie, etc.
This is a pretty heavy duty EDC knife - very sturdy. One of the smoothest new emersons I've owned. Lockup is rock solid and early. G10 feels excellent - nice and grippy. I'm a fan of this design, but I bought a limited release knife from Emerson last week (One of the 7a's from 2005!) and need to recover some funds...
These retail for $175+.
