I bought my first otf auto but it just isn't for me. The cool factor is there but there are just too many other knives I'd rather have and since I can't return it my loss can be someone's gain. It's an all blacked out ultratech double edge plain edge blade. New tri grip handles which are awesome. 08/2015 is the date on the pocket clip. Elmax blade steel. Blade, handle and screws all black. I've only had it 3 days, never carried or cut anything. I've fired it 20-25 times. I've only ever handled one other ultratech which was my buddy's and that one had a very stout firing switch, no way could my wife open it, probably not even using both thumbs. This one is easier but not weak by any means. This one is not a finger breaker, my wife was able to open it with one thumb but it took all she had. I Hope that gives you a sence of the firing switch. It's functionally and cosmetically perfect except for one little spot on the blade. Looks like when the flats were sanded after coating, a tiny bit of black came off the center peak.
