First up is a brand new 1095 steel GEC 83. I got this, took it out and cleaned/oiled it, and knew quickly I would never carry it simply because of its blade shape. The fit and finish is spot on, and the camel bone covers have nice black specs in them. The blade has an easy pull open and a nice stiff lockup. The edge is not the best, but is the GEC original. If you would like, I can sharpen it before I send it to you to your specified refinement.

Up next is a used but not abused sleeve board knife. The covers are terrific buffalo with white streaks in them. The fit and finish is good, and the pull on both D2 blades is around a 5. I have carried this knife to work several times, but always in a pouch. I sharpened both blades since Queen forgot to do that before it left their shop
