Well, gents, the time has come to part with my beloved NMMOAB. I'm told that there were two of these beauties in existence - one other and mine - then the custom shop finished this up and delivered it to me in Afghanistan years ago. Beautiful Coyote G10 and a satin blade embossed with the custom shop logo, and a smoothed spine. this baddie is the epitome of "don't eff with me" knives.

So yeah, in addition to being dead mint, this thing got carried downrange and while the temptation to take heads was there, it never got used for that, but whoa. the intimidation factor alone was enough to take the piss out of most folks looking for trouble.

I'll throw in a black Chuddy Bear sheath he made for me for free - loops large enough for a battle belt with no flopping around, and I accept PayPal as a gift, will ship the blade the next business day insured for sale value. Looking to get $2500 for this super rare piece of INFI madness.

EDIT: It was late, I was more than a little inebriated, and I OBVIOUSLY grabbed the wrong pictures - so I've updated them with a family shot and the real McCoy. The blades have all been oiled to prevent corrosion while stored, so no, there's not any marks on any of these knives, that's me looking out for the steel.

Thanks for the PM's and all the responses, and yes, I was obviously off my game. Maybe if I wasn't so broken up at having to sell them...anyhow.

This looks like a NMFBM to me... Especially compared to the NMSFNO pictured with it. The MOABs have a bit different blade shape IIRC.

Do you have more pics of her...she is a beauty.

.

I'm with you lil'foo, looks nothing more than a satin nmfbm.

Has busse even released such a thing?

Another flag that raises in my mind, is that in every "Moab" model that's ever been produced (to my knowledge) has always had the "Moab" title before the actual name of the specific model, such as...moabsh, moabm, moabolo, etc??

Can someone shed some light on this little nasty?

Historically, "Mother Of All" has referred to the blades thickness... As in super fat. :)

MOASH... .345" thick
MOABM... .410" thick
And I believe the MOAB were .420" thick with a Bowie clip point... Not real sure of the blade length, but a few inches longer than the BMs and the NMFBMs.

Can you give a few dims like blade length and blade thickness?

Thanks!

.

You can receive a knife from the Custom Shop, that does not say Custom Shop, I had NMFSH I ordered from the Custom Shop that had the same Logo, Depends on when the Blanks were run off, However some of the other questions need to be answered!!!

Definitely not a MOAB and definitely not the custom shop logo. Maybe the OP posted the wrong pictures?

How can it also be dead mint, if he said he carried it around, probably has sheathing marks?
Some of us are very picky!

Definitely not a MOAB. NMFBM indeed. Maybe it's just a "simple misunderstanding". Interested in that NMSFNO though. PM sent on that.

Certainly doesn't help having no pictures that shows the Nuclear Meltdown aspects of the blade. I'm also curious about the true identity of this blade.

All -

First and foremost, my apologies. Yes, the knives pictured are indeed a NMFBM and a NMSFNO. Those are obviously great blades BUT not a NMMOAB. I took a family shot and some closer ones of the blade I'm looking to unload.

My humble apologies for the confusion - that said, the NMMOAB is up for grabs...
