Don't want to sell it but school costs are forcing me to (geez, textbooks weren't this expensive ten years ago...).
I love it, I love it very much, but I can't afford to have a knife around I'm not going to use when I had to drop over two grand on school this semester (and that's just community college).
Per Peter, who was kind enough to answer my questions about the knife:
"the blade is 160 layers of 1095, 15N20 and a few layers of pure nickel. Random pattern, heat treated with computer controlled high and low temperature salt pots, double tempered resulting with a RC hardness of 59. It will perform very well and sharpening will not be a problem."
The sheath is made of high grade leather with a lizard skin front. The handle is stained maple, and the buttcap is beautiful mammoth ivory.
600.00 shipped in the CONUS. Paypal personal or +3%....first I'll take it gets it, and if I come back to sanity any time soon I may drop it. Thanks!
