Hey, folks. Up for sale is my RC-3 by Rat Cutlery (pre-name-change, pre-ESEE knives). It's a black, plain edge model, with linen micarta scales. I carried this knife once on an overnighter with some friends, and barely used it (sharpened a few sticks for marshmallows and cut up some food one night). It's never been used to split wood or used to start a fire, and I never abused it. The reason I'm selling this is that it's just been sitting in my drawer for too long, and I'm not using it.
I ordered a kydex sheath for this knife from Martin Swinkels almost a year ago now, and it's never even been out of the house since it arrived. Martin's work is top-notch, and this sheath shows it. It's a black kydex sheath with a firesteel loop, drop-down belt loop (made of leather), and comes with an OD green Maxpedition single sheath on the front (removable and included).
Also included is the original brown molded sheath from Rat, along with the "boot clip" plate and 2 MOLLE locks.
Everything here is going for $135 shipped USPS to the continental US. Willing to consider trades for scandi knives, flashlights, or Gransfors Bruks/Wetterlings axes.
Any questions, feel free to PM or email me. Thanks for looking.
