Dan Koster Woodlore PSK 1095 scandi w/leather sheath
This is Dans popular woodlore with the 3" inch blade and full size 4.5" handle. This was purchased new from maker including sheath. I wrapped the handle in orange hemp cord and coated it with epoxy. I intended to add another layer of paracord and never got around to it. I'll leave any future mods to the new owner. 1095 steel with the heat treat scale till there. Dans killer scandi grind that is sharp. Never used. The sheath very well made, it is not yet broken in and the retention is excellent.

This knife is made from a blank. It 's 440c with a matte finish on the flats. The bevels have a wavy pattern. The sheath is handmade and the handles and liners are hand shaped custom work. The handle is very smooth and comfortable. Made from some type of burl wood with a blue G10 spacer. It's not perfect, there are some spaces with filler along the handle. See pics. This would make a nice user or alternative to a production knife.

I bought this knife h,ere on the exchange. The previous owner did not know the maker or materials. So I present it to you in the same manner.
It is a large knife with a traditional grind. The cord wrap is not sealed with epoxy so it can be removed easily. The sheath is a boot type made of leather with a clip. Please see pics.
