These are Underscrew Rings which makes for a very classy appearance when installed. I took these off a 541s that I just bought. I'm not sure of the Brand, I would guess Leupold because they were used to mount a Older Leupold scope on the rifle, 541 is stamped on the underside of the mounts. No Scratches or Dings
