Up for sale is an RJ Martin Transfusion. This is a special version of RJ's Dead Right There (DRT) model that was made as an exclusive for Robertson Custom Cutlery. It retains the distinctive blade and handle profile of the DRT, but with thicker stock used for the blade and titanium scales, as well as a very cool lightning strike carbon fiber inlay. The pre-order list was filled to capacity very quickly, and we won't be seeing any more of this particular model.

Since my pictures don't really do this knife -- and especially the LSCF inlay -- justice, below is an excellent YouTube overview/review of the knife by someone who bought another one of the Transfusions. It's identical to the one I'm selling except for the serial number and does a good job of showing how the knife looks in the hand, the awesome flipping action, and so forth.

The knife is NIP (New in Pouch -- see last picture). It's never been carried or used, and even still has the Sharpie marking that RJ puts on the blade tang of all his knives before sending them out (as a preventative measure against occasional framelock stickiness). I'm asking SOLD for the knife (add 3% if paying via PayPal and not using the 'personal' tab). Shipping via USPS Priority Mail w/ Insurance and DC is $16 within the United States. I'm also happy to ship to non-US destinations via USPS Express Mail International, which is $45 (at buyer's risk).

First person to post an "I'll take it" in the thread, or to PM/email me with the same, will get the knife. Email address for PayPal is bladeforums.neuron@gmail.com. I'm not looking for trades at this time.

What are the blade dimensions and material?

This blade has all sorts of sexy curves in it. Love the recurve and thick stabbing point...great design for a fighter (IMO). Reminds me of the Yuna Assassin...I hope I'm not offending anyone with that connection.

Appreciate the compliments on the knife -- RJ really hit it out of the park on this one, especially with the blade design. Regarding dimensions and material, the blade is 4" long, 3/16" stock, CPM-S30V.

I will take it.
This one is now SPF SOLD to Furias. Thanks!

+1. I think The Transfusion is more pocketable than the Assassin. Both blades are awesome from both legendary knife makers.
