Vlad can answer this for sure, but I would assume the same space pen style refills everyone is using.

Personally, I don't care if the refills are $20 each...that pen is freaking badass. :thumbup:

That's not bad considering Hinderer Extreme Duty Titanium is 2.05 ounces, ZT 0010TI is 1.98 ounces and Fellhoelter TiBolt Deluxe Titanium is 1.46 ounces.

However, I forgot to ask about the overall length closed and diameter at its thickest section which looks to be the cap.
