I believe those are CR123s. They're often used in higher-end flashlights due to the higher voltage, smaller size ratio. However, the only downside is that they're lithium, and you don't want to try recharging regular CR123s. Also, it's not a very good idea to mix CR123s with different charges.

ok...I was confused what they were doing with a bottle opener, but they are just in for the picture and not with it. Got it:thumbup:

They have chamfered(rounded) edges and feel very good in the hand, no sharp edges. I put the batteries in the pic to give you an idea of size.
