This knife hasn't been carried, used or sharpened. I've had it stored with mineral oil coating the blade since I got it. Blade is nicely centered and lock-up is early. Although it hasn't seen any use or pocket time, there are two mysterious scratches in the g10 on the pocket clip side. They can be seen in the picture but they are faint. Also, there is a very slight amount of up-and-down blade play but it's only noticeable if you torque on it. I've read that this is somewhat common in the first generation Para's and it doesn't effect the function of the knife at all. I mention it in the name of full disclosure.
