**This is a factory second** noted by a small notch near the spyder hole.
The only reason this knife is a second is due to the uneven grind lines. Blade is slightly off center and action is great (free falls when tab is depressed)
I put a micro bevel on this knife and it is very sharp. There is a small micro chip near the tip (tip is fine though). If you have a decent sharpener you could make this knife perfect.
