SOLD! Thank you for all the interest.
Made a big purchase this morning, so I am looking to sell my spare SnG.
It has dual gunner grip, green scale on the front, digital camo blade, and lock up is 50%ish.
Solid knife, will include the digital camo soft case.
Asking $425 shipped to US.

we had a deal but she broke the contract, bad seller and sold it to someone else while I was away. Bad seller.

I have had a positive transaction with this seller. She is fair, even generous, and well respected.

I did sell to someone else...I assumed you didn't want it as I asked you to get back with me. And when you didn't pay (I assumed you were online because your light was green), I had to sell to someone telling me they'd take it.
I was desperate for money....if that makes me a bad seller, I can't help that.

Yes our transaction went south...yes I knew you wanted it, but to me you didn't pay. I did not know you were away from the computer, it appeared you were online to me. I was desperate for money....Maybe I am a bad seller, so if anyone doesn't want transactions from me I can understand. Sometimes I get desperate for cash.

A contract is only a contract if you had sent them the money and they failed to send the knife. Neither of those things occurred. You sent no money, they sent no knife. You failed to respond in a timely manner. The seller has the right to move on the person.

Your assessment that they are a bad seller is without merit based on your failure to provide anything other than that they sold to someone else.

had I not seen the second message that it was sold to someone else I would have sent payment since the previous response included paypal info and said we had a deal. And a timely manner is all in perspective. An hour and a half seems timely in the scheme of things. I really dont care anymore, had a long day, whether actual rules were broken or not I still dont think it was right. This is the last I am going to post about it though, its only a knife. glad you were able to fund a larger purchase.

I am sure she is a great person, just saying what happened. I was pissed at the moment as this is the exact knife I wanted but I'm over it. Have a good Valentines day.

Regardless of how you perceive the situation no money or product changed hands. There was no contract to be broken.
