For sale is a Strider SNG in ranger green g10 and flamed titanium, with tiger striped S30V blade.
I am the original owner..purchased it brand new from TNK this past Jul (Proof of purchase available)
Didn't really carry or use it..Just played around with it at home..
however, after a while it developed a bit of an up/down blade-play
sent it back to Strider and they took care of it..now the lock-up is early and super solid!
I should mention that the new stop pin that they put on it has its coating a bit worn off (see 2nd last pic)
Other than that minor thing, it's in excelent shape as clear from the pictures.
It's also still on factory edge..cut a few pieces of paper at most.
The only reason I'm selling this is that I just got a 3/4 grind one in S110V..don't need two sng's!
Paid 400 USD + tax and shipping for this (500+ CAD) ..which is still what it costs brand new.
I'm asking for $OLD CAD shipped XpressPost in Canada
(Paypal gift or add 3%..and no trades!)
I'll throw in the unused TNK cloth with it as well!
I think it's a very reasonable asking price..esp with the current exchange rate.
In a way it's better than buying one brand new..it's significantly cheaper and you know what you're getting fit and finish wise..as opposed to getting a random one that might happen to have late lockup or bad centering or something
