I've had this pen for awhile, carried it at work, however it's in excellent condition.
Very robust, and "tactical" LOL. I'm replacing it with a Hinderer ED pen. Uses the Fisher space pen refills.
PayPal $75 shipped.

I don't know, I just used the Fisher refill?
Once it's closed that's it, however you can adjust the refill?
Hope this helps?

According to the Surefire website:

Features

- Rugged aerospace-grade aluminum body
- Aluminum body hard anodized to military specifications
- Virtually indestructible pocket clip with SureFire logo
- Smooth, tough window breaker tailcap for emergency use
- Schmidt ink cartridge flows effortlessly
- Pen adjusts to accept most ink cartridges
- Ink tip retracts into body; no cap to lose
- Made in the U.S.A. with imported ink cartridge

But I've seen some posts saying the newer pens aren't adjustable?
If you can confirm that the pen is indeed adjustable, I'd love to take it off your hands. :)

edit: Mark Greenman covers this in his review:

What makes the Surefire Pen such a pleasure to write with is its ability to adjust to almost any ink cartridge in the world. Let me repeat — the Surefire Pen has an internal screw that can be adjusted to allow it to use almost any ink cartridge you want.

This is, far and away, the best feature of the Surefire pen. While there are many durable pens on the market today, to my knowledge the EWP-01 is the only pen that has this magnificent capability. If you’re a gun guy, this is the pen equivalent of having a handgun that can shoot every pistol caliber in the world.

This capability cannot be overstated. The ink cartridge is the soul of the pen. It’s what people are talking about when they say, “wow, nice pen,” which is what people tell me when they borrow my Surefire.

Instead of using the standard “tactical” Fisher Space Pen refill, which provides a mediocre writing experience, I use the delightfully luxurious Montblanc Medium Ballpoint refills. Made in Germany, they write exceptionally smoothly with a sexy, metallic flecked black ink that makes writing a pleasure.

It seems the adjustment screw is under the glass breaker. If you could check to see if there's a screw that's adjustable, that would confirm that the pen can accept any ink cartridge. :)

Well I used the Fisher refill. there is 'plastic" portion that allows some adjustment?
What I did was put a piece of a "rubber band" in the cap, and cut it to fit the pen.
That said, I adjusted it to see how much of the "tip"was exposed?
It's too easy. hope this helps??
