Survive necker 2nd, CPM20V stainless steel...absolutely freaking razor sharp. Only thing I can see is that the primary bevel is ever so slightly off. It's razor sharp and comes with a tan or green (your choice, I have both) kydex necker sheath as well as breakaway (dogtag) style chain.
