3. Hess Knives Hunter - 1095 steel, from what I understand these are blanks made by GEC, so you know the HT is great. The rest of it is hand made and fitted by a father and son small knife shop. Hess Knives have a great reputation for beauty, reliability, and quality. Stacked leather handle, includes leather sheath. Great fit and finish. Never used. No box. $75 shipped
