Tom Ferry is among others known for his folding tantos. This is a prime example.
The engraving on this one is insane. The geometric pattern actually changes in the light from a "qbert" style to a basket weave. The Hannya demon is tearing its way out of the random damascus accented in gold and the eyes actually will flash at you in the appropriate lighting. Perfect file and vine engraving throughout with gold stipple work at either end and a phenomenal, tightly patterned damascus blade. The blade is 3.75 inch and overall the knife is just over 7 inches.
My asking price is $2,750; that is well below makers cost. The knife is in Europe and I will ship to most places. Standard shipping (equivalent to USPS) with limited insurance is included in the price. Buyer bears risk unless they opt for more secure shipping via UPS or Fedex, additional cost depends on shipping address. Payment via bank transfer or PayPal (add 3%).
