Hello. Up for sale today are two Cripple Creek marked knives. Terms: 1) I pay USPS Priority to CONUS (only) & Paypal G&S fees 2) PM questions but the first “I’ll take it” gets the SPF 3) All are in very good to excellent condition, and all carbon blades are polished, unless otherwise noted 4) Blades haven’t been sharpened by me and appear to have factory edges 5) Extras like boxes included as noted 6) I retain the sole right to refuse any offer. I will post updates to the sale thread until tracking #s have been sent out.
The knives
From left to right:
1. Cripple Creek ‘94’ 2-blade Blackjack/Queen/Effingham IL Barlow. 3 3/8” closed. Sawn honey bone handles. The pen blade has several rub marks but both blades are centered. Steel is said to be D2 but I cannot verify that. The famous Queen factory sharpening (or lack thereof) seems to be intact. Not considered a true CC by some it’s nevertheless a very substantial & well-made knife. Will come with a padded black ballistic nylon zipper case. Was $135, then $120, Now taking offers.
2. Cripple Creek by Mr. Bob Cargill. Sachem #3 Grand Daddy Barlow from Old Fort TN. 4 3/4" closed. Amazing (and amazingly thick) stag handles. The blade etching is like no other brand. Mr. Cargill is a legend, what more to say? (If you’re not familiar with CC look here Bob Cargill Cripple Creek Knives Will come in a padded black ballistic nylon zipper case. $OLD
