- Spyderco SpydieChef. First version, purchased when they originally came out. I never intended to part with this knife but I am raising funds for something else at the moment. This is not the CQI version. Lock up is consistent with a slight lock stick that is common with most SpydieChefs. Very smooth action, flicks out effortlessly. Has been carried and used (not abused), mostly to cut food and open boxes. In the pictures you can see light feather like scratches that I assume is from cutting cardboard. I have the same issue with my Native Salt. My experience with LC200N is that it scratches and stains easily depending on what type of food it is exposed to. Includes box. SOLD
