I have a VTAC Brokos Belt and Cobra Belt for sale. They are both Coyote, and size Large.

Both items are in excellent/like new condition. I found that I need a Medium size instead of the Large size.

Sorry for another question, but when you say that it's to big for your 31" waist, is it way to big or just barely to big. The reason I ask is because I have a 33" inch waist and per the site a L should fit 36" to 38"
 
No problem. It is just a little too big. Without a jacket, and directly over my pants/belt, the belt ends are about one inch apart. When wearing a jacket, it fits much tighter.
