I have the basic Wicked Edge Sharpener (which sells for $275 I believe) that I ordered directly from Wicked Edge. I also have the Extra Fine 800/1000 grit diamond stones (an additional $65) and a set of 5 micron/3.5 micron diamond leather strops ($40).

I've sharpened less than a dozen knives on it (basically every knife I have in my very small collection). My knives don't get that much use so it may be a while before I need to sharpen them again and I have one or two that I carry about 90% of the time so I just decided having a sharping system worth over $375 was overkill for me.

I haven't had any issues with the sharpener itself and it's fun to use. As recommended on a lot of sites I stuck a small piece of double-stick mounting foam on the inside of one of the jaws and haven't has any issues with the blades moving.

There is one small scuff, about 1/4" long and maybe 1/16" wide on the left jaw on the top left edge (see photo) but other than that I believe it's unmarred. I'd call it in 90%condition with no functional problems at all. I still have the original box, paperwork and booklet.

I bought it on Feb 22nd of this year but the 800/1000 grit stones were back-ordered so I didn't start using it until the end of March when those stones arrived, so it has about 6 weeks of use.

I'm asking $275 SPF including shipping in the US for the complete setup. PayPal is preferred and I'll eat the fees. If you want to "gift" the payment that would be very cool but not required. USA buyers only and not looking for trades. Thanks!

Right now I have it mounted to my fly-tying desk, which works great!

Both sides of stones and strops. The strops show use but are in great condition and have been used carefully to keep the diamond paste from migrating between the two grits.

No Trades Ehh.... Damn have a couple blades to sell and this will be mine if no one else snags it...
Have just finally decided this is now something I "Need" and not just a Want. Hoping to go Pro in the not too distant future and Scary sharp is part of my requirements before leaving the Corporate rat race.
