Is the Spec Bump the older version with CPM154 steel or the newer version with S30V steel and the sunburst pattern CNC'ed into the scales?

Edit: Thanks for the pics and clarification.

For anyone interested in the Spec Bump, it is a 1596SW (the harder to find stonewashed blade version).

Bump thought I had the spec bump gone, I'll make the same offer as I made to another member...130.00 tyd conus I need this gone to help offset the cost of my new kifaru pack. This knife is clean
