Up for sale is the custom shop FSH Variant the one that I won in the eBay auction it is/was my understanding that it was one of two knives produced for the auction and they are not copies of each other. I am not sure if that makes them one of a kind or not. Please feel free to set the record straight.

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/355284-Thanks-to-Mr-Busse-Mr-Dang-Amouralleather . I can't find the original thread regarding the auction probably due to 3AM staff call with my guys overseas.

Payment: 1300.00 for both knives or best offer (WELL below cost) I hope this is not an insane asking price and sorry for being such a selling loser. This is my virgin offer if I get hammered for the price via a general consensus I will certainly accept offers.
I have the right to refuse offers if they do not meet my needs which are not based on greed I assure you. I will accept money orders or if you want, I can help you set up an account with Obopay.com. I am Director of US Operations and head of risk and compliance for this company so using my former employer PayPal where I headed up their global investigations for 7 years is bad form :) Plus we are nicer than PayPal :) I would prefer the Obopay route. We have low limits for new users but I can approve and request that someone else in the company increase those limits. It would be improper/conflict for me to do that myself. And if you want to use the service as a merchant I can ensure you get a merchant acct set up. The primary reason I'd like to use Obopay is with us like PayPal you'd have chargeback rights if you use your card. I hope that makes sense.

Not accepting trades unless you have a new transmission for a Harley laying around :)

Shipping:
I will ship only within the US via whatever service and whatever priority the buyer wants. They must accept shipping confirmation and I'd prefer a residential address. We can discuss that before I close the sale just to make sure it meets your approval. I want to ensure max protection for both of us. I don't know anything about shipping knives cross border and don't want or need the trouble so must be US resident. Heck I don't really know anything about shipping knives period. I am a consumer by nature. SO if you have recommendations or specifics you want followed please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate. I plan on shipping as quick as humanly possible after the sale closes.

I will post picts later on today when I get home from work. I just decided to sell it while here at work need to buy a new transmission for my Harley.

Knife info :
It has never been used or sharpened and it has been stored in a box that has been sitting all by itself. It is to the best of my knowledge in the condition that I received it. It is a Fusion Steel Heart Variant. It was very publicly won and received by me during a charity auction on eBay back in 2004 if I remember correctly.

And just to make it a sweeter package I have a Busse knife that I accidentally bought two of during a buying frenzy shortly after I got this knife. I will include it with the knife to the person with the best offer ties will be broken by submitting a picture of the buyer in a pretty sundress (just kidding)... So its kind of a twofer. I don't remember what the name of the other knife is it is about a 4 inch blade with about half of the top serrated. I'll include picts of that as well.

I never did get around to getting sheaths for either my global travel schedule got in the way. Who woulda thunk there'd be so many dirtbags needing to be caught lol.

I read the rules and think I am going about this correctly if not PLEASE make sure someone tells me (I am sure they will). I am kind of big on doing things the right way hence my occupation :) And I want to do this right since this is a Busse knife and I respect him and the collectors of these knives.

Respectfully,

John

I think you're supposed to list a sale price. I have never seen a knife auctioned on here. Good luck with your sale.
Rule #9
All items offered for sale must be priced. Items being traded CAN NOT list cash value pricing; if you do so your ad will be locked or deleted

Also any pictures of the knife?

Sorry I saw folks with make an offer. I'll add a price now.

I am currently at work. I will post pictures when I get home I'll take some good shots post them and then if someone wants a specific shot I'll do that as well. I want to make sure whomever gets this is happy. I need the cash but my reputation and honor are more important to me.

And again I appreciate the patience I have honestly never sold anything and the circumstances are forcing it. But that does not mean I will take pennies on the dollar so to speak.

Sent you a PM. There needs to be a price on items being sold.
Section 3.9 per the exchange rules: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/announcement.php?f=749&a=98

Hopefully you see this before an Exchange or Super Mod comes along... :)

I would be very interested in pictures. The pictures on the old threads from 2005 are no longer there. A Busse tribute knife to Uncle Bill and Rusty blends two of my favorite knife makers.

Did you get the one with the green micarta handles or the one with the snakeskin handles?

Pictures please, and will you sell only one? I can't afford even one, but if it's cool enough I could always sell a kidney (or charge it!)
