*TRADED*
Hey guys,
Up for sale is a like new Microtech Makora Fire Ant with black blade (dual serrated model). It is dated January 2006 and is serial number 00330.
I got this knife new years ago, and its been sitting in drawers and boxes ever since. Probably fired a few dozen times, cut some notebook paper, and that's it. Never carried. The frame arrived a bit loose (see the video), but I didn't have the special three-pronged tool to tighten it, and Microtech wanted me to send it in (but would only return ship to an FFL address), so I just left it as is. I can't say it's LNIB (because I don't have the box), but to my eyes it seems in pretty great shape. Near mint? There is some wear on the clip (probably from being in the loose Microtech case), and on one side, the aluminum is scratched or discolored. You can see it in the photos below.
Price is $360 OBO shipped, CONUS only, and I accept PayPal only. I don't frequently sell knives, so that's all I'm currently set up for. I will trade this straight up for a L/NIB ZT 300/01/02 NON-serrated or a L/NIB ZT 560/561, so if you have one of those you don't really want, maybe this can be a good deal for you. I'm not particularly inclined to sell to or trade with brand new members or someone with no researchable history, but I will certainly entertain all offers. PM or email me if you're interested. Thanks!
I posted a short video of the action to YouTube. (If you can't see it embedded here, you can see it by clicking this link.)
