For sale or trade, BNIB Benchmade 940-1. This knife is brand new, uncarried, unused. It comes with original box, plastic sleeve and little black BM baggie. This knife is perfectly centered and opens and closes smoothly with the axis lock. This is an excellent example of a 940-1, but ever since I started carrying Hinderer's, everything else has been relegated to the safe. Price is $200 net to me via PP.
I ship via USPS priority mail and provide tracking as soon as the knife ships. If this knife sells before 12:00 noon Wed. Nov. 3rd (tomorrow), it will ship out on that day. I will be out of town Wed. evening, Thur, and Fri for a Boy Scout fundraiser, so I will then ship on Sat. Nov. 7th when I get back.
Trade info as follows - I am selling this knife in order to purchase a Swamp Rat Ratmandu......so, if you have one of those, I would be willing to work out a deal. Preferred configuration is black canvas with tanker gray. The only other trade that I would be interested in is another Hinderer. I will add up to an additional $150 to acquire another Hinderer XM. I am set on 3" wharncliffes, so I am not looking for one of those. I would love either a 3" or a 3.5" in 20CV if possible, any grind. Users are fine, and in fact are probably preferred.
Lastly, I am too lazy to post pics tonight. This looks just like every web photo of a 940-1. That being said, if you would like for me to send you pics of the knife, especially centering, considering Benchmade's problems in that area, I would be more than happy to, this knife is centered perfectly. I will supply you with any pics that you would like. But in the meantime, it looks just like every other pic of a 940-1 that you've seen.

Edited to add, I've had a few low ball offers, and although tempting, after I pay for shipping of this knife, plus the cost of the Ratmandu, plus shipping of the Ratmandu, I want to break even, so $200 net is pretty firm. Thanks for the offers though.
