Doug Turnbull USFA Prewar Engraved 44Spl Revolver. s/n XXX2DT Carbona Blue, Gorgeous Case Color, Fire Blue appointments, Stag grips, nicely engraved.
It's been fired (it's a gun, not a piece of pottery!) and shoots really well. Finish isn't 100% (I got caught in the rain on a ride) more like 90%.
Some very minor freckling in the carbona blue on the barrel, cylinder and grip frame, some loss of fire blue on the rod housing screw and the cross pin.
There's one spot where the right grip meet the frame where there's a corner sticking up. Grip was sanded just a little too much when fitted. Hasn't been a problem.
Action is nice and tight, timing is perfect, trigger pull is excellent! Just think of it as the nicest looking user you'll ever see.
Includes the following;
An El Paso Saddlery Tom Threepersons Frontier Engraved and Lace edged, pigskin suede lined black holster w/plain black belt (42) and a tan Galco holster w/tan cartridge belt (42).
200rds of CorBon DPX 200gr HP, 200rds of CorBon 165gr HP, 100rds Winchester SilverTip 200gr HP, 100rds Ten-X 200gr LFN, 100rds Magtech 240gr LFN & 20rds CCI Shotshells.
All ammo is contained in MTM casegard boxes or wallets. 2 extra empty MTM 100rd boxes. 2 6rd and 2 12rd MTM wallets. I'll toss in a couple of 44/45 boresnakes.
This all goes as a package. Please, don't ask me to break it up!. I won't!
I want $3000.00 for the whole lot. Believe me, this is a great deal! (Heck!, there's $1000.00 worth of ammo here!)
I don't Paypal, payment by legitmate MO or Cashiers check or Personal check (All will have to clear my bank prior to shipment).
FFL to FFL transfer will be required (I have one available to me at my end). I will need to see proof you're 21 or older before the deal is consumated.
