For sale is my GEC Northwoods #23. Cocobolo handle scales, bull-lock. I bought this blade brand new a few weeks ago (from KSF) and immediately put it to use in the kitchen: it's been through jalapeno, tomato, oranges, apples and bread. It started to form a patina in certain spots and didn't look too great, so I gave it the white vinegar treatment to make more of an even patina on the blade. It has been touched up on my Sharpmaker to 20 dps and lightly coated with mineral oil. The pull is stiff and the lock-up is quite solid and strong. Comes with tube / wax paper, etc. Everything it came with new.
