This is a catch and release. Flicked a few times and cut some paper.

A previous owner sharpened and polished to a mirror edge. Very well done.

Centering is dead on and action is smooth. Not used to the light detent.

Mostly interested in a premium guided sharpening system for trade, such as:

Edge Pro Apex
Wicked Edge
Etc.

Or a Ken Onion Work Sharp with the grinding attachment.
