USA made, Allen Elishewitz design. One of the best side opening autos for the money. Very good to excellent overall condition. 154CM blade is perfectly centered. Sharp sharp sharp original factory edge without nicks, chips or rolls. No play in any direction. Fires out with authority. Blade is free of scratches. Aluminum scales are in excellent condition. The black finish on the pivot has worn off, but does not affect functionality. I occasionally carried this knife on and off for about a year. During that time, the safety slide came a bit loose but still functioned perfectly. I took it off since I never used the safety. Knife will come with the ALL of the parts for the safety (see pic) if you want to replace it. Comes with original box and protective styrofoam. Original MSRP $270, currently selling for around $230+.
